Wow, Marc Marquez Is Massively Popular In Indonesia
Indonesia is a huge market for the motorcycle industry. In 2017, the country sold 5.88 million motorcycle units, which was actually down from the more than 5.9 million in 2016, according to Indonesia Investments. It’s why both the FIM Motocross World Championship and MotoGP have made it a priority to hold races there.
Last week, six-time MotoGP world champion, and avid dirt bike rider, Marc Marquez visited the country, and my goodness, look at the welcome he received.
