Watch: Two Three Episode One - Behind the Scenes Look on Chase Sexton

Check out the latest creation from Monster Energy/CONVRG Media: a behind the scenes look at Honda HRC’s Chase Sexton. Episode one kicks off at the RedBud National, the fourth round of the 2021 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship, in Buchanan, Michigan. A native of Illinois, Sexton was excited to be racing at a track he used to race growing up. From inside the pits on Friday before the race, to the interactions with mechanic Jade Dungey before the points-paying motos, to the muscle relaxation with chiropractor, Dr. H. Rey Gubernick, AKA “Doc G,” this video provides an inside look to several aspects of his entire program.

Once returning home to Clermont, Florida, the Honda HRC rider begins his weekly routine—which he said varies depending on how he feels after each race. With the Southwick National upcoming at the time, Sexton went to Cody Russell’s property to prepare for the sandy Wick 338 track. After the day was complete, Sexton’s dad Keir sends the lap times to several members of the Honda team and James Stewart, who the #23 began training with in 2020. Watch episode one below.
